Has it really been 4 years since my last post - time sure flies! I can't help wanting to provide a bit of an update to get the writing flowing again.
The job that was mentioned in my last post, I ended up staying there for another almost 4 years - I finally left in January of this year! Isn't that crazy. I enjoyed what I did there - a bit of sales, a bit of marketing, a bit of merchandising, a bit of everything - but the management just got worse and worse every year. I am so glad I finally left, but I have to admit it drained me of so much energy that I barely recognized myself anymore. I will never allow myself to stay someplace that changes me that way again. Happy ending though - my current workplace has the right energy, better management, and many opportunities.
My last travel update was about my visit to Greece in 2010. Since then I have also visited Australia, Canada, Paris, London, Pennsylvania, New York, California, Nevada, and Maui - as far as I can remember. I'll be sure to share about future travels and take a look back at previous travels in posts to follow.
If I keep up with blogging, I will also update about other areas of interest (to me and hopefully to you) in future posts =)
